About The Event
This forum is a full-day symposium aimed at all women, regardless of profession and industry, to come together to discover in-depth, the challenges of succeeding as a woman in today’s society and what it takes. It strives to bring value to women who want to develop their leadership skills, hone their business acumen and harness their potential.

In addition to a panel discussion and individual speakers, the forum takes it a step further by having breakout sessions for the participants so that they are able to focus on specific needs. Participants can choose to attend a breakout session with the subject matter closest to their hearts from the topics discussed.


Objective
Women have been described as the main driving force of growth in the past couple of decades, contributing to global GDP more than new technology or the rise of the Asian Twin Turbos of China and India. If we add the value of raising children and domestic chores women will most likely account for more than half of the world’s output.

With technology bringing down global barriers and to a large degree, gender barriers, women have taken these opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills, climbing the corporate ladder and breaking the glass ceiling. With countries becoming more cosmopolitan and fuelled by the rapid industrialisation of China, India and Vietnam, the future of the woman talent pool in Asia is burning bright.

The objective of this forum, Growing and Nurturing Women Talent in Asia, is to ignite, inspire, coach, and mentor women from all walks of life, help them to realise the potential for more and spur them to action.
